Pistachio and Rosewater Cupcakes



Rosewater is delicate, sweet flavoring made by steeping rose petals in water or oil. The sweet scent in these vanilla cups captures the rosewater with fresh pistachios with yummy and creamy frosting sprinkled with pistachios. The taste is as breezy as a spring day :)
